Oxygen Analyzer
The NomaSense Oxygen Analyzer set, allows for state-of-the-art, non-invasive and non-destructive measurement of total package oxygen (TPO = dissolved + headspace oxygen) using proven luminescence technology. The Fibox comes pre-calibrated and can determine the oxygen concentration at all stages of the winemaking process—including crushing, pressing, fermentation, barrel aging, micro-oxygenation and bottling and bottle aging. It has the lowest limit of detection of all portable analyzers for headspace and dissolved oxygen.
