Zebulon, N.C., (July 21, 2008) – Nomacorc, the world's leading producer of alternative wine closures, has named Steven Billey as North American field sales manager. Billey will be responsible for establishing and growing Nomacorc's business through the retail, wholesale, importer and winery channels that support private-label programs sold in the United States and Canada.
Billey will work through Nomacorc's current distribution network. In this role, he will also focus on education programs through the importer and distribution network to heighten awareness of Nomacorc.

Billey joins Nomacorc from Innovative Spirits, where he served as vice president and national sales manager. Before Innovative Spirits, he held several field and category management roles with International Distillers and Vintners (Diageo), Canandaigua (Constellation) and Delicato Family Winery. He has more than 22 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry in the United States.
